80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir from Los Arboles in the Uco Valley at 1200 MASL. This lovely, golden-hued wine is simultaneously refreshing and voluptuous in the mouth. A minimum of 24 months on the lees underpins aromas of almonds, apples and pears with a complex, yeasty finish. A wine of serious pedigree that deserves to be compared to the great sparkling wines of the world.
