This is so clean and pure on the nose, almost the very essence of Cabernet Sauvignon with masses of sweet cassis on the nose mingling with green peppers, spices and fresh mint. There is sumptuous concentration in the mouth with lots more of that ripe, curranty sweetness laced up with grippy-not-green tannins. The wine is fermented in a combination of stainless steel and concrete and no oak is used in order to promote the unadulterated purity of the fruit.
