Still a baby of course, but this wine already offers something very special. Highly terroir-specific on the nose with wafts of almond, lavender, dried flowers and a deep, cool black fruit compôte. 100% malolactic fermentation. Aged in French oak for 12 months, 10% of which is new. The concentration, texture and balance in this wine are sublime, made by a guy who really knows his vines and gets to pick from the very best parcels – because he owns them.
