A lively aromatic rosé that’s bang in line with our apparently insatiable thirst for wines of a delicate pale pink colour with plenty of juicy fruit and crisp acidity. 70% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha and 10% Graciano grapes are crushed and cold macerated with the skins for a short time before the must is bled off to settle and clear. Cool fermentation in stainless steel follows.
Lots of nice strawberries and cream character throughout with fruit tart notes and a touch of violets; an excellent modern rosé.
