Deep purple, lush, full-bodied and penetrating on the palate with loads of chewy black and redcurrant jam flavours, bright acidity and a touch of grip on an almost savoury finish. This wine really benefits from a few hours breathing and explains the whole Argentine love affair with Malbec at a single sitting. A little splash of Bonarda provides perfect balance.
