Poetico Viognier 2009

Yet more evidence that Argentina can produce great white wines as well as awesome reds. This limited production wine offers utterly delicious benchmark Viognier characteristics of white peach and quince; the palate is full and round yet most astutely balanced. Lovely, quite exotic but not over the top, clever acidity.
