When a winery chooses to work with only one grape variety – no matter the variety – the options for producing a range of wines might, on the face of it, seem a tad limited. Enrique Foster has chosen this route with total conviction in the knowledge that his beloved old Malbec vines can produce not one, but a number of exceptionally good, full-bodied reds, each with distinct personalities. Now, with this delicious sparkling wine, the rationale has been extended further.

The wine is a beautiful, delicate pale pink colour (quite unusual for Argentina). It is dry and crisp with lovely summer fruit notes on the nose, vivacious on the palate with tightly packed tiny bubbles, finishing with a delicious raspberry lick and a subtle touch of brioche richness.
